Mattress Quilting Machines Function:

  1. Adopting Non-shuttle quilting mechanism, avoiding frequently replacing bottom thread, and making the quilting stitches much firmer.
  2. Needle bar and press plate are controlled by a double- swinging device without cam avoiding lubrication and dirtying of material
  3. Automatic stop motion control in case the top thread or the bottom thread breaks,automatic needle-lifting and speed adjustment by computer
  4. CE Certificate of quilting machine
  5. The computer program precision control system, no need to adjust the press plate's position when the thickness of quilting material varies
  6. Strong functions of pattern-combining and Tack & Jump quilting to enable you to quilt different patterns of the mattresses
  7. Fault detection function for ease of determining the running state of the machine at any given time

3. High rigidity machine body, perfect protecting equipment and steady-going control system.

5. Test the working state of all sensors and computer in real time.
6. Auto-stop system when the bottom or upper thread broke by infrared. Auto lift needle and adjust the speed by computer.
7. Auto faults tips for servo motor system and transducer, which is convenient to eliminate problems.
8. 360°quilting and limitless multi-span and independent quilting(can do jump patterns).
9. Computer can be in store 1000 patterns with 300 patterns already existing, and with pattern editing function.
