2450MM Width Computerized Shuttle Multi-Needle Quilting Machines For Bedding

1. Adopt the advanced computer and mechanistic technology.

2. Needle bar running with needle bar frame,no need to add extra lube, avoid the materials be soiled by lube.

3. Needle bar frame structure is more firm and durable,so that the cost of maintenance is cheaper.

4. Saddling rack and roller are driven by servo equipment.

5. Principal axis uses the frequency conversion device.

6. Adjust speed by computer, the speed can reach 1200r/min,the stitch can be set between 2mm-6mm.

7. 360°random quilting and limitless multi-span and independent quilting.

8. Compensation function,an effective solution for looping pattern with thick material.

9. Advanced and practical testing upper thread broken techniques,the machine is auto-stop when thread is broken.
