Automatic Computerized Lock Stitch Sewing and Quilting Machine for Bedding

 

The computerized quilting machine easy compensation function controlled from computer, avoid the bad angle problem and compensate the cross place of designs(cross too over or not meet together). It is widely used for quilting duvets, sleeping bags,quilts,bedspread and all kinds of cushion etc.

 

Computer shuttle quilting machine Function:

1. Pattern editing is easy to learn, could draw the desgin in computer system.

2. Machine have the ringing notice when start machine.

3. The infrared system, make you operate safer.

4. Principal axis uses the frequency conversion device.

5. Saddling racks and rollers are driven by servo equipment.

6. Adopt the advanced computer and mechanistic technology.

7. Can 360° random quilting and limitless multi-span and independent quilting.

8. The compensation function, an effective solution for looping pattern with thick material.

9. Needle bar frame structure is more firm and durable so that the cost of maintenance is cheaper.

10. Adjust speed by the computer, the max speed can reach 800r/min, the stitch can be set between 2mm-8mm.

11. Needle bar running with needle bar frame, no need to add extra lube, avoid the materials be soiled by lube.

12. Advanced and practical testing upper thread broken techniques, the machine is auto-stop when the thread is broken.
