4 Needle Bars Multineedle Quilting Machine Mattress Production Line

This multineedle quilting machine is chain stitch type without shuttle. It can be used in mattress production line. High efficiency, high quality.

4 needle bar quilting machine can make 1", 2", 3", 5", 6", 8", 12", 16" designs.

Quilting Machines Function:

1. Fuselage and beam and foot are reinforced, which help machine works more stably with high speed.

2. High rigidity machine body, perfect protecting equipment and steady-going control system.

3. Firm and durable needle bar frame structure , so that to reduce the cost of maintenance.

4. Except X and Y axis are driven by servo equipment. Principal axis uses servo motor control

5. 360 degree quilting, multi span, tack & jump function. Auto thread trimming function.

6. Adjust speed from 500rpm - 1200rpm by computer, the stitch can be set between 2mm-8mm.

7. New computer system, compatible to embroidery designs.

8. Compensation function,an effective solution for looping pattern with thick material.

9. Practical testing upper and bottom thread broken techniques,the machine is auto-stop when thread is broken.

10. When hand block the infrared system , machine will auto stop, which makes your operation safer.
