1) Models can be chosen by different work width : 66", 82", 96", 112", 118", 128" .

2) 3 needle bar and 2 needle bar both can be chosen. 3 needle bar machine can make bigger size design, usually for home textile factory. 2 needle bar machine make small size design, usually for garments factory.

3) Each machine can make as 10# bobbin or 7# bobbin. 10# bobbin load about 30m longer thread than 7# bobbin. So more home textile factory choose #10, and for garment factory to pursue more precise design, we suggest #7 bobbin.

• Warranty Duration: 1 year.

During the warranty period:

• Machine parts (excluding consumable parts such as needles, hooks, loopers, etc.) are eligible for free replacement.
• Computers can be returned for repair. If a computer malfunctions under warranty, it can be replaced at no cost after being sent back for assessment.
• Consumable parts are not covered under the warranty. Additional consumable parts are provided with the machine for approximately one year; please refer to the packing list.

Lifetime After-Sales Support:

• We offer lifetime after-sales support. In case of any issues with the machine, customers can report the problem by providing photos and short videos. We will assist in resolving the problem through online guidance.
• For severe issues, upon request, a technician can be dispatched to the customer's location. Customers are responsible for covering visa expenses, round-trip flight tickets, accommodation, as well as a daily technician labor cost of USD 150.
