Low Noise 94 Inch Chain Stitch Multi Needle Quilting Machine YXN-94-3C

 

The model YXN-94-3C MULTI NEEDLE QUILTING MACHINE is mainly used for sewing upper fabric with foam / polyester wadding and non-woven fabric together for mattress panel, bed cover, quilt, sleeping bag and other textile decoration products. It included more than 200 models design patterns which including 180° and 360°Tack&Jump pattern. Besides  the computer system can creat new patterns and add in new patterns.

 

Advantages:

  • High rigidy machine body, precise liner guide rail, and double swing structure needle racker
  • Main principal axis take requency converter controll, and X,Y axis driving by Japan famaous brand servo motor
  • Anti-vibration hopper and fabric feeding-in tension motor to adjust fabric tension for different kind fabric.
  • Infrad system to make the operation safer.
  • Machine automatic stop when pre-set output is finished, which is more convenient for operation.
  • Japan or German brand core bearings and precise casting parts prolongs the machine lifetime.
  • Test the working states of all sensor and computer in real time.
  • Auto fault tips for servo motor and frequency converter, which is convenient to find problems and eliminate it.
  • Stably runing, high speed, low noise, even very thick material, it can also performed well with precise designs.
