This foam mattress machinery is a kind of multi needle chain stitch quilting machine. It is to sewing foam with knited fabric and non-woven fabric together for the top of high quality mattress or mattress border. The sewing thickness maximum can reach 8cm, three layers of foam is workable. The work width is maximum 2.4m. Work speed maximum 1200rpm.180 degree and 360 degree tack and jump function. Newly upgrade computer program; main motor and X,Y motor are driven by servo motors. Machine beam and fuselage are reinforced; When thread broken, machjine automatically stop; Hundreds pattern can be chosen.
 
Suitable thread:

Upper thread: 210D/3; 150D/3 polyester thread

Bottom thread: 40S/2; 50S/2 spun polyester sewing thread
